About Us

Corry Estates was established in September 2009 by Andrew Corry, a qualified Associate member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI) and The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).  Having worked in the property business for a number of years gaining valuable experience Andrew decided to set up an office in his hometown of Portmarnock.

With over 20 years’ experience working in the local property market and having established Corry Estates as a leading housing agency in North County Dublin and surrounding areas, in December 2023 due to high demand, we opened our second office on Mount Prospect Avenue in Clontarf.  This office is operated by Clontarf native Jim Gallagher who has amassed 18 years’ experience offering property expertise in the North Dublin area. We pride ourselves on our professionalism, customer service and hard working ethos.

Technology

In this digital age, so much of our daily lives have moved online and we have embraced this technology and invested in ?? our online bidding tool.  This allows for complete transparency and allows the buyer secure, personal, password protected 24 hour access to their property of interest allowing them to see offers on the property as they come in and also enabling them to make a counter-offer. 

All bidders are verified by us and must produce proof of funds before they are allowed to bid. Whilst technology is great, some buyers may still prefer to make a bid over the phone or in person – our agents are available in person to accommodate this
