Technology

In this digital age, so much of our daily lives have moved online and we have embraced this technology and invested in our online bidding tool. This allows for complete transparency and allows the buyer secure, personal, password protected 24 hour access to their property of interest allowing them to see offers on the property as they come in and also enabling them to make a counter-offer.

All bidders are verified by us and must produce proof of funds before they are allowed to bid. Whilst technology is great, some buyers may still prefer to make a bid over the phone or in person – our agents are available in person to accommodate this.

Tried to buy a house in Swords for nearly three years. I found it very hard to find the good one and a trust worth it agency. Due to me being a foreign national and having cash money in the bank (mortgage free), the agents of the other agencies were messing around.
